Re: How Long Time for endorsement in UK Global Talent Visas (GTV) Stag 1

I am not familiar with the Tech Nation process, but have you received any knowledge email after you submitted your application? If so, the email might contain info about timescales, what to expect during the process, what to do in case of delays, etc. But again, Tech Nation could have a different wa...

Re: Not eligible for any visa but still want to work in the UK

Not sure how you self-assessed yourself on eligibility to work in the UK but within the eligible occupations for a skilled worker visa I see that musicians are included, with the code: 3415 Musicians

Search jobs in your field and see how you fit into those.

Re: Visitor Visa - Income and expenditure (host will pay for everything)

I personally found that question a bit ambiguous to be honest. It can be understood as the money the visitor will bring as you rightly pointed out, but also it seems unrealistic to respond it by putting "0", nothing or £1. When I filled out my mother's application, I read that question as ...

Re: Visitor Visa - Income and expenditure (host will pay for everything)

Would this make sense? I put 1.00 GBP in the section when it says how much money are you going to spend, as it didn't accept zero, I want to know if this is okay considering I am mentioning twice that I will take full responsibility and pay for everything! How much money are you personally planning...

Re: Newborn dependent visa rejection - urgent help

If a training doctor working in the NHS isn't eligible for the H&C visa, I'm not sure who is. Not every foreign medical practitioner, nurse, etc. working in the NHS hold a health & care visa, despite being eligible and their occupation code being included in that category. Similarly to your...

Global Talent Visa - RAEng endorsement - Route 1

I thought some tips for those planning to apply for this route would be helpful. I reckon the available information for this type of visa can be confusing and sometimes ambiguous. In summary, I switched from Skilled Worker to Global Talent visa under Route 1, endorsed by the Royal Academy of Enginee...

I can understand your concern but this issue can happen to anyone and anytime. That issue on the system is not a problem to travel, you already have been granted ILR and have a physical BRP confirming so. Just take your the card when travelling, for peace of mind. According to what they said when you called, your current status is up to date on their system: I called the techn...

From what i understand from my own research, under option D, you may be awarded 20 tradeable points if your salary is at least £20,480 per year OR £10.10 per hour. It seems the caseworker has disregarded the first figure and just made a decision based on the second figure. I believe the week-hours ...

That option applies to you if you left the UK to make the new application, did you do that? If you made the process in the UK you might be eligible for a partial refund pro-rata of the remaining time in the previous leave. You don't need to ask for that refund, that's an automatic process if you are...
