On trying to fill out the online form, it...

Thanks once again. Got a question on the form saying: If u were required to leave the uk... Are there any factors that will make it hard for you to integrate and establish a private life... If you're referring to the FLR(FP) Parent route application, this is a 10 year path to ILR and is for someone who is living separately from the other parent. This isn't relevant to your wife's situation and she needs to submit a FLR(M) application.
Thanks Casa,
Appreciate the response

Re: Application for Spouse

As you were granted ILR under long residence, your wife will have to apply under FLR(M). This will re-set her immigration 'clock' to zero, putting her on a new 5 year path to settlement (ILR). Where was your child born? Child was born here in the UK (Mar 2019) I got my ILR this month You can regist...

You can try doing a random check on their website at different times (I tried around 2am) you might be lucky to get a priority slot.

1- Answer no. Reason: Have cultural ties to the country as born there but not a member of any social group.

so am I answering yes and then giving what you have said as the reason or am I just saying a No?
Please would appreciate clarity

2- Answer no. No need to explain good character.

Re: ILR (LR)

Thank you for the response. Forgive my ignorance but will that suffice? Are you part of any social groups or do you have other cultural ties in your country of birth , nationality or any other country where you have lived for more than 5 years ? cos there seems to be two questions in one: country of...
