I want to know what kind od documents you need to spupport your application for ILR if you are on spouse Visa.

I read document should spread over 2 years period whats that mean .

My spouse visa appeal court hearing is coming soon .

What kind of document do I need to prove it is a genuine marriage

As time of application I submit 27 piece of original documents

Do i need witness in person or can take their supporting letter to the court

I would like to know what kind of question they asked in court and is sponsor get any change to defend the case .

what kind of doument and any individual supporting letter is also help like Local MP letter

Well same thing happen to me. when did this happen. have you try to get some prove for court hearing and get a lawyer for this.

Did you applyfor asylum in first place or this is first time you contact to home office.

There are chances that you get spouse visa from Uk explain what they put in decesion and on which ground they refuse you.

What was your previous status.

You have both option go for appeal which you should and if you wnat apply as a fresh application.

I applied for spouse settlement visa and ECO reject on the bases of age difference and oversaty on previous visa.
