@Yahas Section 98 rooms are usually shared, it is usually 2 in a room, some times it could be a hostel of 3 -10 people. What is most important is that you have a bed space. It is only in extremely rare cases you can get a room. What @Stillwaiting was referring was Section 95 or Section 4 Good luck....
