Thanks Jambo.

So, Life in the UK test - ILR.
Once granted ILR, I can apply for BC via the naturalisation route, this is correct?

Thanks for the reply guys, I was a bit confused with the Tier 1 and Tier 2 differences obviously. Thanks for making this clear joh118. I may do a Masters next year (depending on if finances allow me) but thats irrelevant to my original question. In addition to Joh118 advice, pls see that your salary...

Hi guys, (sorry if this post is in the wrong category, not sure where to put it to be honest!) :? I'm currently on a PSW visa that expires in November of 2010. I've recently been offered a job with a salary of £23,000 that starts in mid/early January (until now I've been working on a hourly wage). ...

PSW passport

EDITED I recently got a new passport as my old one was falling apart. My old one contains my student visa. Should I sent both of my passports when applying? I would prefer not to send my old one as I've had a slight mishap with immigration in the past and I would not want it to affect the outcome o...

They emmigrate to a better country, only to be-little and be prejudice against non-white "foreigners". A foreigner in another country making fun of a foreigner for being a foreigner, now that is gold. You get that in all countries, though, including Asian ones. I spent a couple of month i...

I have my passport stamped after telling them off in a very rude way. I even refused to answer certain questions by te...

I guess you guys are right because first, the polish offices ( all of them, not just immigration ) are very beaurocratic and even a small simple thing takes ages to get through. We had the same problem with getting married, it took months and numerous visits to the relevant offices when in theory, ...
