hi,,, yes it was in Sutton registry office,, it was a normal marriage certificate we recieved and it is a 2 year visa until 2010

hi,, yes we are married legally i was born here white british and he is sri lankan,, we got married in august 2002 in london but he was removed from the country on the 12 april last year as they said he had to get entry clearance from sri lanka we have 3 kids together all born here

hi,, just to let you know its been 15 weeks now and heard nothing everytime we phone them all we get told is that the application is pending,, really didnt realise it would take this long.... :?

my husband is also in srilanka, applied for the spouse visa in 19th OCT. But still no reply from the embassy. Hi,,, as far as i know from my husbands application in sri lanka the sponsorship form has to be signed by you ,,i was told the solicitor doesnt have to sign anything,,hope that helps

hello..... Does anyone know how long they take to decide on the settlement visas in sri lanka, i know on there web site it says 13 weeks but was hoping it would be quicker wanting my husband home for christmas thats if all goes well any info from people who applied there would help ,,thankyou,,,

For all these convictions he was given fines and for the drink driving he completed a course he was told to go on by the courts
