Re: Tier 2 to ILR Questions

Hi Guys,

I have applied for my ILR (Set O) and made a mistake into the employer reference letter. In the employer reference letter, my employer wrote previous COS number instead of the latest one on which I got my extension. Should I write to the HO about this mistake or not?

Thanks

Re: [ILR for Tier-2] salary threshold and working hours

IF your SOC code is 2136 then you are exempt from the minimum Salary Threshold for ILR but you would still have to meet the minimum earning for an experienced worker.

Re: Tier 2 to ILR Questions

Hi,

I have asked my employer for the letter to apply for ILR. He is asking me if we should mention that the role falls under the SOL or not.?

Do you think we should mention that in the letter that the role comes under the SOL or not?

Thanks

Do you have a joint bank account that you answered YES? Hi, I don't have any joint bank account. I think I know what you are saying, I should answer it No . I was wondering why it asked for a joint bank account as I am saying single everywhere in my application. Also, why I keep getting this messag...
