I received my ILR from Liverpool PEO on 20-DEC-07, our baby boy was born in U.K on 14-NOV-07. Since he was born before our ILR I know that he will not automatically become British. I received my ILR from Liverpool PEO yesterday morning - based on 3.5 yrs Work Permit + 1.5 years HSMP. I carried lots of documentation with me, but they only checked my continous stay with 'Work Permit' department and issued me ILR.
