what happen to the actual applicant of this case did she get the removal order as well.

Hi azee I met solicitor last week about my case and he give me some hope and he said the department is doing reform in this case because they have to make some legislation they are working on it due to Christmas holidays office was close so hopefully next few weeks department will announce that and...

my case is in with repatriation department since they revoke my eufam 4 permission in 2016 .
but its all confusing because my solicitor told me that your case comes under eu law. and section 3 application is coming under irish law .

@arz1986 : how did you make section section 3 application my solicitor told me that you can only make that application when you receive 3 option letter from the minister.

she is the only one who can clarify the situation.somebody can contact her and ask face to face if possible. the judgement is very confusing nothing is clear in the judgement.

if thats the case then we might have to wait another year .because the way inis department works they are very slow and if they refuse your case then you have to put section 3 application that will take another year to process . goodness me.

a friend of mine recently apply for retention and he only got 3 months temporary permission and they didnt mention that your case fall under chencooliah judgement.

how somebody would know that their case fall under the judgement or not if the department dont mention it.

only those can push them whos permissions were not revoked by e.mailing eu treaty rights section they always reply with in 2 or 3 days.

nobody is giving clear lines even solicitors not clear about that what inis going to do with these cases all they say is just wait and see. my case is different my permission was revoked so i have no choice but to wait but your case is different you push them to come up with decision on your applica...

if your eufam4 permission was not revoked. then i dont think your case fall in to that category there might be some other reason you should ask eu treaty right bout the update

my solicitor told me that you can only submmit section 3 application once you receive intention to deport letter they give you give you three options from which you have to choose humanitarian leave to remain. second thing is that how they going to mkae decision that it was marriage of convenience o...
