hi guys, my eufam permission was revoked in 2016 and ever since my case was with repatriation department for consideration whether to remove me or grant me permission to stay.finally they make the decision on 21 december 2020 to grant me stamp 1 without need for employment permit. my question is if ...

i have letter from doj granting me permission to remain till december 2021 on stamp 1 but i dont have irp can i still travel or i can renew my driving licence based on that letter ?

i had no allegation of marriage of convenience my visa was revoked due to the fact that my spouse was not excersing her treaty right and ultimately she left the the state.

repatriation department put me in chenchooliah and then make decision to grant me permission after 4 years

you have to ask your solicitor about that .because my eufam stamp was revoked then they forward my case to repatriation department and they make the decision after 4 years .

if your case is with repatriation department you should send them reminder you get response quickly .

some more bank statements ,nothing else.but i have heard they are giving stamp 1 to successfull candidates .so just stay in touch with the department.

your case is with eu treaty section so you should apply on eu5 form for retention of rights.

i didnt have valid stamp .i think they just wanna make sure i was here in country which they know already i dont know whats the point asking me for 5 years proof .

they only ask my documents not my spouse documents and they are looking for 5 years employment history and proof of residence for 5 years thats all.
