i think they just want to test the pateince of the people. i dont think they want to give any permission to those peolple who fall in this judgement.

@arz1986 how you will move to uk and what status you will get can you share your plan of action please.

the question is how would somebody even know that there case will be consider under that judgement

almost 5 months since this judgement is out and picture is still not clear what they are going to do with the cases which are impacted by the judgement

how you can move to other country when you have currently have no status .how the other country will except us when our case is still under consideration in this country.

migrant rights council ireland (mrci) could also be helpfull

but i suppose its not clear to anybody yet that what exactly was happen if you could share the detail that will help

two ceremonies are lined up for march 2020. if the department was that rigorous in investigating each case there wouldnt be that much invitation gone out.. because most of the case of the same nature as we discuss earlier

what stamp they have revoked if the retention was refused.

why didnt they investigate the marriage during his 5 years permission

how he can use asylum option if he has not given any time to respond or they does give him some time to respond?

i cantt understand the significant of this judgement if they still can remove you from the state.because its the same thing as deportation for some non eu countries specialy asian countries .because once a person removed who is originally from asian country he has to go through same process as he is...

what if somebody working illegal during that process will he get the permission or they will refuse him because illegal work?

what happened to those cases which are already with repatriation unit are they going be dealt with same manner.

I m not sure what to do, my case is already in reptriation unit, section 3 application unit, do, I need to appeal again same unit again already 30 months gone. I think i already make the representation. The guys, who receive these letter, might be their case is in EU treaty rights unit. I donot rec...

that means more time wasting and waiting .

does any body knows whats the procedure of removal is it same like deportation or different.

or they give you option to apply for leave to remain.
