Thanks. No QR code, email or anything - it is just blank after the contact details are verified. However, I started again but used my passport rather than my BRP to setup the account and this time it did go all the way through. Yes, thanks. But I am not getting any email for the ID App so not able to scan any document yet. Can you confirm I am correct in that I should get an email after I have verified email and phone number, thanks.
