Just get an international license. Cops in india know this very well. Even if the lower ranking one stops you does not know about it his superior will do.

It's also far less likely for them to demand bribes etc when you are on a international one.

If you have taken a visa before put that number.

If you only travelled on an OCI before after acquiring foreign nationality either you can say that you have never travelled to India on a visa or you can put the ici number in the section..
