Could any experts please advise on this? Is this guidance for everyone or only those whose visa is expiring by 31 may? For everyone. yes, if your company issued a CoS with proper RLMT and your salary meets the SOC code required salary, and you submitting your mandatory dcouments (mainly passport and current BRP), that should be fine.

Hi, within UK to change employer it is the same application as to extend or switch, am I right? These are the 2 options available within UK and few of my other friends did the same. Experts, please let me know.
