The online application number assigned to your case has no bearing whatsoever on processing times. What matters is the date of physical receipt of the paper application form, together with the full compliment of supporting documents. I suspect you're correct, but how did you establish this? My application was received on July 15, 2019. It doesn't look as though I'll be raising my glass of Guinness (or Jameson) before April 2020 at the earliest.
