Re: Unclear what documents needed for renewal of existing stamp 4

I renewed my Stamp 4 Critical Skills based visa last December. I sent them 3 payslips and a letter from my company saying I worked there.

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

Yes there is a limit. I have received approval today and they have started that the process of swearing of the oath of fidelity will cease. I reckon it would only make sense to issue a bulk approval for June ceremony in Killarney. So it would be mandatory for people who will be getting approval fro...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

Folks just curious if the ceremony in Killarney is confirmed next month? I'd also be interested to know if people are being offered a 'choice' between ceremony and declaration and what the situation will be after this ceremony (if it goes ahead) in June? I remember people who were approved here in ...

Re: 2022 Naturalisation Application response

Has anyone who applied in September/October 2021 received an acknowledgement letter and application number? We applied 29th September and still no letter. I really thought by the end of April we would have one as its 7 months now. From a response from the Minister of Justice (dated 4 May 2022 in pa...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

The January approved one was EU though, so different team (CMU?) from Non-EU. Don't know how different they are in terms of speed right now.

There was also one in the 2020 timeline thread from early December (UK five years, don't know which team handles that).

Re: Crtical Skills Employment Permit refusal

Thanks for your reply. Should I go to review with 64k or apply new CSEP with increased salary. Would you please also shed light on chances in review application. Thanks in advance. I tell you my case that happened years and years ago. The company who sponsored my stamp 4 went for the lowest salary ...

Helen McEntee said she intends to hold citizenship ceremonies on 20/06, 05/12 & 06/12 in 2022 subject to public health guidelines 🤞 https://www.justice.ie/en/JELR/Pages/PQ-09-03-2022-172 Cheers. I hope they issue more approvals for 2020 applicants in the coming months. I hope that they don't st...

Re: Current IRP Card timelines

I can see this sort of gap causing at least a little bit of anxiety in people applying for Citizenship in the future. Should be fine as long as you can explain it. I assume you applied as early as possible, so what else could you do? This is what I mean, it is completely fine but I can see some peo...

Re: Current IRP Card timelines

There is actually. My old card expired in early January and the current one issue date is 17/02, the date which they processed my application.

I can see this sort of gap causing at least a little bit of anxiety in people applying for Citizenship in the future.

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

I applied in June 2020 but still radio silence like everyone else. I applied for FOI at the beginning of this year and received it last week and looks like the last thing that was done is the Garda vetting in December 2020. Since very few applications have been approved recently, I'm hoping that a ...

Re: No Second Letter Anymore? Citizenship app.

I believe that’s too early in current circumstances. I'm gonna complete 1 year waiting in a couple of weeks and I haven't heard anything back from them apart getting my passport and my first letter back. I'm actually thinking of doing a FOI just to see what they achieved in 1 year. I would be doing...
