No, you wouldn't have to. If you've been married for three years and divorced in the fourth, you will still count those years of marriage for the purpose of settled status or PR. The clock doesn't restart

Why do you think you need to show evidence of your employment history to make an application for a retain right of residence? If you need to apply for settled status as someone who has retained their right of residence, you will only need to show evidence of your own employment activities from when ...

I was going to draw the posters attention to the new policy, but it seems that application was made before the policy was introduced. It would be interesting to see if this policy is maintained in light of the Shah judgement earlier this week though

The UK is very much likely to leave the EU next month. The WA is likely to kick in which comes with the transition period. So the cut off time is very much likely to be 31/12/2020

That is indeed the case. The WA applies to dependant family members where the dependency exist before the end of the WA. They are basic question, like the relationship between the applicant and sponsor, the questions, I think are used to determine whether the application is the right one for the individual.

Your concerns are valid, if you were to remain outside Ireland for more than 6 months, your right of residence in Ireland may be lost.
