I have been working with WP for 3 years now and I wonder if I switch to HSMP, will ho count these 3 years towards 5 years criteria or will it start from scratch?

I have the P60 form and payslips for the period I am claiming for. Also I have a paper from my employer stating all my gross salary for every month of the period. Do I still have to send my bank statements?
