All applications are delt on individual basis. So time scale can be different for everyone one. When i called they said we are waiting for the results of few checks just keep eye on ur emails. Hope to get it soon. Really desperate i am !!

I have also applied before my eu partner. She does not want to apply at this point. But i guess this is not the requirement. You need to prove you were married for three years and both of you were resident in the uk for at least a year of those. It still all depend ms on what you are applying for at the end of the day.(retained rights would no longer be valid by year end I believe, so the eu settlement scheme is the more...

It is too early to contact MP for help. Many applicants are still receiving their decisions in 60 days or more. I personally know few of them. Called resolution centre. They say we have a huge back log at the moment and keep 4 weeks in mind after you have received your COA. Can take bit more longer if any other evidence is required.
