Hi iceman,

Have forwarded you the details, but reading the details of your case I don't think you are able to apply, as you would have lost exemption when your parents moved on, and therefore have a time limit on your stay.

There are a number of technical loopholes around exemption that allow a far easier pathway to nationality than is widely understood. While I disagree with Siggi that the op's application represents an abuse of 'diplomatic privilege' it's certainly the case that a number of technical loopholes around exemption do allow a far easier pathway to nationality than is widely understood.
