Thanks Batley khan for your response is the 28 days the period in which the eco and kingston can appeal I thought they had 5 days ???
after the 28 days can i start to email kingston ???

Hi guys we have had our appeal allowed for my husband who is in jamacia ( spouse visa ) the determination was sent out on the 12 August I called AIT this was the only infomation they would give me ... That they mailed a copy out to my solicitor , my husband and also to kingston my solicitor says we ...

Thanks batley khan ,tasha for your advice there is nothing in the uk visa link that batley khan gave me that states that a spouse has to be added on to a tennacy agreement ...... william blake not sure if you are referring to my post but we have sufficent funds my husband has £17,000.00 in savings ...
