Well is this a joke, whenever I call the number 0870 606 7766 to get an appointment, there is a message asking me to apply online. Wont the salary slips + dividend vouchers, coupled with bank statements suffice?

Did you apply as self employed?

Were you paying salary to yourself every month?

Do you have all salary slips and bank statements to match, I'm not sure if you can apply as salaried.
