Re: Flr fp 10 years partner

As someone who been through marriage breakdown myself, i understand how difficult it must have been for your friend. As i can see from your post, He isn't eligible for set lr until 2027 ( if he can continue his legal status). He isn't eligible for flr fp under 20 years until 2024 Since there isn't a...

Just curious,

Settlement application staandard response time says 6 months
Extension flr m, flr fp says 8 weeks from the date of application.

Does that mean people who have applied for extension can ask ukvi what's happening if they don't hear anything from ukvi after 8 weeks.

Hi all, I saw few mention about returning BRP or facinf £1000 penalty. I Googled about it and found, "You must send your biometric residence permit (BRP) back to the Home Office within 5 working days of getting your certificate of British citizenship." What about people like me who is stil...

What was the total visa fee you paid?? The biometric fee is usually included in that, ie £1033 plus £19.20.
I just checked i paid 1052.20 . Now make sense. Thank you

Re: Flr fp 5 year

I just saw this on government website,

If you’re applying to extend or switch in the UK-

You’ll need to pay £19.20 to have your biometric information (fingerprints and a photo) taken.

But i didn't pay this. How come?

Thanks ssasi2020, Yes I meet all the requirements, adequate maintenance and accommodation. I was just worried about this ex claiming for the child that’s all. If it assures you I am on the same route and my ex claims universal credit. I applied on the 10th for an extension. There isn't any questions about ex claiming universal credit or not. It only asks about your income and as long as you meet the adequate maintenance requirement along with other requi...
