I looked online but can't see anyone offering this service apart from council. Talk to them in person and most of them might visit you in minutes. Most don't advertise it online. Will i have to provide original property ownership documents to ukvi from my landlord ? No Cool. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. I have lodger agreement thats printed from spareroom website. You and your landlord need to fill and sign it accordingly. My council does that inspection report but cost is £275. . Speak to your local letting agent who might do same at significantly lowered cost than that....
