Spain Work Visa

Hi guys,

I am working in a UK based company and am on HSMP here in UK. My company needs people to travel to Spain on a regular basis and want to know the procedure to apply for Spanish work visa. Can some one plz provide the information.

Hi ABPI,
I am not convenced as well that we need to send the marriage certificate as it was not mentioned anywhere...As I cant take the risk coz of other things like my travel to India in Aug, sent it by post again...But am sure you will be fine without it aswell...

Hi there, I am on HSMP for the past 2 years.I would like to return back to India for good.Just wondering,can I claim back the tax I paid till now since I came to UK.I heard immigrants leaving UK permenantly can claim their tax back(am not sure if this is true?)
