I just finished my life in UK test this afternoon in Hounslow London. It is quite easy and you will get your reslut immediately after you finished your exam. I would have thought they would allow for applicants to select priority service and then only allow appointment booking once available in a month or two. I’m sure that would satisfy some of those that require priority in order to travel later in the year. It would certainly work for me. I’m not fuss...
Gov website says ancestry visa general decision time is 8 weeks for standard - obviously will be more given backlog. I won’t be submitting until the last minute to try and get a priority appt if by any possible reason they become available. So sad for everyone that has prepared for their application...
