Also see the below point where it says that allowances should be declared on the payslips. 126. We will only accept allowances as earnings if they are declared in the applicant’s payslips and t...

I will try again. The paper statements received by post are sufficient and do not require any stamp or signature. You do not need any other documentation if this account has enough funds for the stipulated time, to prove maintenance fund requirement!!!

You dont have to be here 12 months if you qualify with a salary for less than 12 months. The time spent in UK is not important but, it is important that you gain enough points to qualify for an extension. But, for ILR you will have to wait till you have spent 5 yrs in UK. (according to current rules...

As already explained by Push in the above post, the actual period of work is the period which you have to claim. In your case it is 13 OF NOV 2009 TO 26 OF NOV 2009 and your friend 1 nov 2009 to 31 nov 2009.

If your degree awards you points for English Language requirement in the PBS calculator, you do not need a letter from university or NARIC certification. Your original degree certificate is more than enough. Read page 31 & 32 of the policy guidance thoroughly. http://bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco...

Would advise you not to bombard the case worker with too many documents and confuse him/her.

MCA certificate is more than enough if it satisfies both education and English language requirement. No need of 10th, 12th, degree etc and CCNA, MCP etc absolutely not necessary.

You will not be able to apply for ILR with a combination of work permit and tier 1 dependant. If you wife applies for tier 1 and you become her dependant, you need to wait till you wife is eligible for ILR.
