Re: Stamp4 to stamp1

@rashal - I would recommend you apply for EU5 Retention because your partner left the state so they should give you retention based on this. Once it's approved you do not need any work permit but you will hold stamp4 so there is no need to apply for a work permit. Ask your lawyer to consider this op...

Re: Stamp 1 to Stamp 4

I am in a similar situation, the only difference is that I applied for CSEP while my case was forwarded to rept dept back in May. then I applied for a work permit while my temp was still valid. I have reached to them a few times in the last few months. I currently have...

Re: Stamp 1 to Stamp 4

Hi @kupusur, I believe you should not have any issues in obtaining stamp4 since your permission has already been granted by the repatriation dept, who normally reviews your history before approving stamp1 so I am not seeing any hassle in getting stamp4. I got a quick question, how long repatriation ...

Re: New (final) extension till 1/2022

If you have an IRP card with an expiry date between March 2020 and January 2022, that card is automatically extended to January 2022. It does not matter if you have applied for any subsequent temporary permission and if you have been successful in that application. The only exception is that if you...

Just send your query to the department.

immigrationsupport@justice.ie
Thank you! I've already sent them emails, but seems like it'll be ages until I got a reply from them, sadly.

@Redstar33, did you get any reply from INIS on this?

Thanks.

Re: Employe Permit and Stamp 4 ( Latest Updates

@finanlversion thanks for your input. 1st - Yes I mentioned I had stamp4 when I applied for EP and I confirmed with couple of lawyers that my temp stamp4 was valid since there was no mention of revoke in the letter just fyi so I believe it was valid when I applied for EP. 2nd - Again my temp2 is not...

Re: Employe Permit and Stamp 4 ( Latest Updates

Hi All, A possible suggestion. Could we all reach out to MRCI to confirm what is INIS policy on EP based on temperary stamp 4 from EU treaty. I know MRCI have a direct contact with the department and they will clarify this for us. As I know MRCI told us when the special student scheme was lauched a...

Re: Employe Permit and Stamp 4 ( Latest Updates

Thanks ch123, In your opinion can we write to repatriation unit while the case is still pending with EU Treaty right department? You can write to them. However, I think you have to be fully refused by the Department and then they forward your file to the repatriation dept for deportation. In my cas...

Re: chenchooliah V Minister For Justice - Important Judgement On Rights Of EU Citizen Spouses.

@obie i think Applicants case refusals are equivalent to punishments. I wonder if the minister treats non-rep applicants different than the one who hire lawyers to apply on their behalf. In my opinion initially the application form should be submitted by the applicants themselves and then if there ...
