dont think that calculation works.. 90 days are inclusive of bank holidays and weekends... But still we can consider the weeknds, bank holidays and exit n entry dates on passport which will bring u nearer to 3 months Good point. I finally got my ILR yesterday and I thought I’d ask the lady to explain how she calculated my days. Absence time in uk

Hello Guys,

I got tier-1 visa till 2011.

Due to job losses in uk, i am thinking of working in india for a certain time (about 6 to 12 months).

So due to that continuous absence of time in uk, does it affect my visa or citizenship.
