I'm curious as to why you had travel insurance for your elderly parents for their trip to Spain, but not for their trips to the UK? Is it because you don't care that the UK taxpayers will have to pay for medical treatment for your parents? Don't you think this is wrong? The NHS is a national health...

Hi Iwolga Thanks for you reply. They had travel insurance for the journey from London to Spain and back. They did not have any other travel insurance. Since everything happened so quickly and the ambulance had been called near the plane, they were not offered any forms to fill which asked questions ...
