I applied on 8th April but haven’t received such email. I believe only the people who applied before that date have received it. Please let us know if anyone who applied after 8th April has received it.

Thanks
I applied in late May and received this email about an hour ago too.

Re: Alleged marriage of convenience and upcoming ILR application: grounds for 322(2)?

Hello! I am in the process of submitting an online application for the ILR. There is a question in the application form that is asking "whether I have ever been refused a visa for the UK". The form also asks to provide the details of what happened. In your opinion, is the below summary suf...

Re: ILR: standard application now or wait for super priority?

Thank you once again. Do I understand correctly that by “queue” you mean the queue for the biometrics appointment?

Is it not a matter of just whoever manages to book the appointment first (once the centres reopen) without any queue?

Re: ILR: standard application now or wait for super priority?

Thank you. In this case, would you say my best bet is to submit a standard online application right now?

ILR: standard application now or wait for super priority?

Hello! I am eligible to apply for ILR now. My main goal is to secure the ILR as soon as possible (due to the risk of losing my current job). Should I submit a standard application online right now (and submit the biometrics when the centres reopen)? Or should I wait for the possibility of super prio...

Re: ILR application and coronavirus job retention scheme

In fact I was very clear. There are NO changes to the ILR requirements. . All requirements for ILR still apply. 1) You MUST be paid above the required salary as per your SOC even if you are furloughed for ILR 2) If you are made redundant you CANNOT get ILR as per Tier 2 rules. 3) Even if you are fu...

ILR application and coronavirus job retention scheme

I would be very grateful if knowledgeable people could help me. I am currently on a Tier 2 visa, and I am due to apply for ILR in 6 weeks in May. I have two questions: 1. My CEO proposed a temporary reduction of hours (up to 25%) due to the current economic climate. This would bring me below the app...

No need. This is not relevant to your ILR under Tier 2.
May I ask why you think it is not relevant (e.g. under the general grounds for refusal)?

And would you be able to point me towards any rules or guidelines about it?

I am asking only because I am very concerned with this situation.

Re: Alleged marriage of convenience and upcoming ILR application: grounds for 322(2)?

Your ILR is based on the last 5 years. Your case in 2011 should not affect your ILR. NO need for a lawyer. Thank you. Should I explain this part of my immigration history in my cover letter or only stick to the last five years? That is, should I mention explicitly in my cover letter that I was reje...

Alleged marriage of convenience and upcoming ILR application: grounds for 322(2)?

I would like to ask for advice regarding my upcoming ILR application and the alleged deception in one of my previous applications. I have read all of the existing threads on this topic and all the Home Office guidelines. Quick background: PART 1 I first entered the UK on a Tier 4 visa in 2011. While...
