Also,in case, you are not planning to leave country before ur next Tier1 extension, you need not to get Visa for new born ( as in that case all of u can get visa at same time, during next extension application). Hi Al...
This is for out of country applicants, for in country, rule is always one month. This is one of the best news - as this'll positively impact lot of candidates.
So once you are in the UK, when you apply for your dependents, you need to show supporting fund. For this can you use the same supporting fund you showed for your self provided the balance is maintained.
Yes
To apply for dependent Visa, you've show Funds for yourself+ your dependents.
1. In case you are applying for Tier1 soon -
Apply for Tier1 depedent for child along with your Tier1 Application - in that case you need not to pay extra 395£ for depedent's application.
2. Otherwise, go for WP dependent route ( I assume your company will bear the cost of child Visa)
netacct - Dont worry too much on what potential employer/job agent would think because it all depends upon demand and supply. If your skills match the requirements, you'll definitely get an interview call and there you have to come up with ( well thought and diplomatic) excuse (excluding bad wording...
If you are good in technolgy and confident of securing job in UK based upon your technical skills- I'd suggest you to come here. You'll improve once you start interacting with people here and working hard on your communication skills.

if wage slips are issued online/email then these should be signed and stamped. Since, u get the physical copy, that should be fine. Though, if I were you, I would not mind getting employer sign if it is quite easy to obtain. Otherwise no worries.
If you've gained sufficient point, please re-apply immediately, it would cost u 400 gbp extra which is worth approval. Yes, do get university letter for english in proper format- dont take it lightly.
I've just recently got approval and here is what I did:
I typed in wherever I could in the unproted document, took print out and filled in rest of info manually. My friend also did the same. It is not a problem at all.
