Good way is to talk less over the phone and asking them to send over details via email, also this way you get time to ponder over the vacancies and genuineness. If they really have something, they will send u job spec. otherwise nobody is gonna mail u.

Although i suggest you taking professional help or from senior members, from my knowledge, I can say no need to go for anything rite now.
He/she will be getting british passport afterwards so you dont need to worry. In any case, tht is going to be stronger case.

Its such a sad news ...poor we, that nothing can be done . This is a big dilemma for me, when as per the rules its not required then wot d heck is he doing on his duty? Seriously, its waste of 17k plus suffering for sometime! Regarding accomodation, its not at all necessary and same was recommended ...
