Cool, filling in section 9 points scoring assessment is sufficient? Can I claim points for UK experience when now I have been working in UK or no points and I need to fill in information same way when first applied for HSMP?

hi, The subject of your post says your wife has tier 1 dependent visa but your 2 point says Tier1. I am assuming its tier1 dependent visa. 1) You can apply for ILR, and your wife is eligible for ILR if you have spent 2 years together in UK lawfully. If not, wife will have to apply for Tier 1 depende...

That's more to do with main documents I suppose. That will be bit unreasonable for you to get those stamps translated, thinking logically it's main reason is to tell them when you were out and in UK. I am applying only with dates in/out of uk, in description you can just add the country name. dates ...

I have spent on official idiot-phone app abt £3.99, guess that should be more than enough to pass this test. There are free ones, found few errors in the free one. It's good app if you trust my review.

I am still trying to get the gist of your thread here and whattheyknow website, correct me if it's wrong:
You don't need to submit evidence for leaves as long as they are below 180 days in 5 years (now its 180/every year)?

Re: Multiple visits under one holiday - Absent days question

Hi, As the subject says, I am preparing my days out of UK list on an excel template. Quick question is: I have been from UK during say 14/1/2010 - 14/2/2010 . However, during this off I went to India, then went to dubai for few days, then back to india and back to UK. Do I need to put in 14/1 - 15 ...

Not sure why people are awake at midnight, may be that's due to crowd following Croydon PEO the most. I did it in the morning around 6:30, and easily lot of slots were free. Infact I will be rescheduling, so shouldn't be a problem. Keep a tab over 42nd days schedule. Today might be going on for 8/9t...

AN ADVICE to all of you! Don't use agent to create any unethical issues. God forbid they find out and cancel your appointment or something similar, no need to talk to up or even take a chance now. I just booked my appointment 15 mins earlier. But before that I did a demo two days ago waking up at 6 ...
