Hi JD, And i was wondering if you or anyone else in the forum can answer - if the ILR and the PSB Dependent can be processed at the same appointment at the PEO. I am aware that you booked one for your ILR and one for your wifes PBS Dependent, but then the PBS Dependent requires your Passsport and I...

I haven't voted in elections here but talking about mayor/commissioner/local council votes. and I am not settled yet, (tier 1 only).

Living together 2 years will be considered if you show council proof, utility bill on both names which you can do with your council.

Re:

I would suggest , for the sake of consistency, that keep your address proof same as on the bank statements. Make sure council bill, utility bills bear the same name. Police registration am not too convinced as that's not mandatory requirement in the list of docs for ILR. Better register for votes wi...

Appointment Issues!

Hi, I tried searching relevant threads but there doesn't appear to be one on this. I need to book a PEO appointment for my ILR app. My wife needs to go for PBS dependent extension. Is it ok to book my ILR appointment with number of dependents 1? I am afraid it shouldn't mean another dependent going ...

This is the best thing about this forum, you can always dig out 100% most of the times otherwise atleast 99% of the info from previous posts. As others say you are eligible and dont need to count before entry days as absence, go ahead. Good luck! These clears my query as well if you are within 90 da...

You need to fill in form first ( you can save it at any point and come back add more information), once it's done it will redirect y...

No, don't complex it when you can show your bank statements for both of you. Go like that, it's simple and many people have done it before.

Nobody here can tell you exact reason as it's lying at home office and assuming about anything won't be a good idea. Keep calling home office and do not ask about delay, try to get information about your case worker and then probably possibly emailing him/her directly about the case. If case worker ...

Dont think of being too safe or whatever.... I would suggest not to include degree certificate and add same date as you added during HSMP. They won't bother that much if documents have already been checked during HSMP application, Why you giving them one more chance to find out your mistake in case ...

I know few friends who applied 4/5 months in advance...thats bit too much but applying two months before is bit safer in case of rejection you can apply again. Pain lies in fee of 820£ paying again...
