They say visa is free of charge but these VFS guys shoot you with a bill of about £40.70 if am accurate. However, it's ...

1. In the salary section does she put her salary or my salary (she is the only applicant this time)? If it is her salary, then will it matter if it is below required £20,000? > It doesn't matter below/above 20k as it's applicant's information. Her ILR is not granted on the basis of her salary, but ...

you are right about that, it looks like a delay clearly. I applied at the start of may but got it approved roughly within 45-50 days. Best thing is not to worry, there are rare/far less reasons of failure at this stage compared to ILR or Tier1 extension applications. Fingers crossed !

Re: ILR: How long hv you lived in the UK?

Hi sc9, Answer to your first question should be exact number of years, date, and days. Don't worry if you are not writing it as 5 years. figure is not important as long as you are eligible. Second one, yes you have spent a continuous period provided you did not stay longer than allowed number of ...

My LiUK test cert took 2 weeks to arrive.

Regarding NCS , they will photocopy everything and return you back all the certs. That's what is actually the purpose of NCS to verify your documents and forward everything to UK immigration dept

Re: Naturalisation application question. Thanks in advance.

You don't need an external agency unless you decide to part with that much money and can't be bothered to apply. After all external agency is going to ask you for papers/documents anyway that you will be preparing for your own case. I would suggest not going to any agencies and better put that money ...

Permanent till ILR/ Contracting when you are citizen????
