Thanks MR Rusty, youre right it doesnt really says that your passport should be valid, and ILR doesnt have expiry date on it as its permanent. I will just leave my passport the way it is and proceed the naturalization straight away, it will save me a couple of hundred of pounds.

Thanks again Sakura, the best thing for me to do is to wait till February 2009 and see what happens because as of now there isnt any clear answer its all guess and if you always think about it, it will just give you a bad headache..

When I rang Liverpool to make an appoint, the person I am talking to say that my husband should come to me which he is. I think its best if your partner will come with you in case they have question for both of you and for support.
