Where did you read this? I have been through the website with a fine toothed comb. There is nothing on CIC website which tells you this.

I will be intrigued to know this if I am missing anything.

Thanks.

Re: Express Entry - Please clear my confusion

But to be successful for ITA you will need to have a job offer or get an employment offer from Canadian employer. Having a job offer will increase your score in the pool and will in turn your chances of ITA....

Express Entry - Please clear my confusion

Hi all, My understanding of the process: I need to take IELTS first and create a express entry profile. If I meet the eligibility criteria (67/100), I will be entered into a pool. I need to then keep applying for jobs in the jobs bank. Once I have a job offer, I will be "invited to apply"....

Re: Do I need to confirm my child's claim to British nationa

Yes, I submitted the birth certificate. But the birth certificate itself doesn't prove nationality - does it? Its the birth certificate + parents status at the time of birth. No problems for the passport now. My question is for future. Say 20 yrs down the line, will my child ever be asked to prove h...

We applied for the baby's passport - we sent my ILR BRP to prove my status when he was born. I need to return...

Re: CB child born abroad passport question please.

I called the child benefit helpline about this. They want to conclusively establish that the child entered UK. So they want to see the passport used to first enter the UK.

Re: MN1 - Worried Sick - Any Help appreciated

Buying non refundable tickets based on neighbours timelines ! Its not a very wise move - in my opinion. Hope it all turns out ok for you. Did you use NCS for applying? In that case, u have their passports and existing visas? If yes, they are free to travel on the existing visas while their applicati...

In this case, will I not be fined as I wont be able to return the BRP within 5 days?

Is it advisable to get a written exemption in my case? If yes, can anyone please give me an email id or phone number?
