Just I would ask the 5 years address history on AN form should be the same address on that address Igiven I definite leave to remain when I applied.

Just simple question ILR application is it important to declare the short period (holiday less than 2month ) I spent out UK in my address history Which they require 5 years .

Consent documents is mandatory for if you have a Depandent applicant or you declare any financial sources with you applicstion but if it is single applicant, I think you don't need to worry. Tnx.
