Re: Ireland - First time passport applications timelines -2021

If you did not send one in with your original citizenship application, you must have done an affidavit so just use the same affidavit form for the passport application. Re: Ireland - First time passport applications timelines -2021

I’ll have to wait for the letter to be sure. But any hope of getting it this year is out the window as the ...

Re: Is a baby born in Eire to EU citizen Irish by birth?

Hi all, I'd appreciate it if anyone could weigh in on the following situation: A friend with a Latvian passport, resident in Ireland since 2006, had a baby. They insist that the baby is an Irish citizen without a need to apply for naturalisation on their behalf. When asked how they can prove their ...

Thats called Deadline. If you are missing it its not Departments fault. Its fault of yours. Dont repeat it again Jeez Verona? i don't think he came here to be lectured and criticised. I think he knows already what a deadline is and that he missed it. he wasn't blaming anyone. You don't know what th...

Re: Ireland - First time passport applications timelines -2021

Hey! QQ does the loading bar move? Mine is stuck there since I first applied. That bar is to fool us ... for me it moved to 80% and then moved back to 60% and stuck there for last one month. Funny part is - if you do webchat, they will first try to fool you saying that you look at the bar and if yo...

Re: First time passport application

There are a few stationary shops (atleast in some parts of the world - not sure of Ireland) which remove the lamination of the certificates. I got it done in Mumbai(India) for my educational cert. BUT there is always a risk that while removing the lamination - the document might get destroyed. So, ...
