Dear Immigration Board experts, You have helped me immensely throughout my visa extension and ILR application process. Without your guidance and support, I would not have been able to complete the process so smoothly. So thanks a ton for that. I have one more query: My dependents extended their Skil...

Which form to use for ILR application

Dear members, First of all, really appreciate the support you are providing. It has helped me many times. Keep up the great work! My question is fairly basic and it is as follows: I already have ILR via the Tier 2 PBS route. My family (wife and two kids under 18) are now eligible for ILR via the PBS...

Re: ILR and dependent visa extension

Hi Zimba, Thanks for your reply. Just one point of clarification. When you said: You can book your appointment within 28 days of completing your 5 years Does it mean that I should book my biometric appointment ONLY AFTER I complete my 5 years i.e. after 19/09/2021? Your expert suggestions are highly...

ILR and dependent visa extension

Dear Team, I have a query for which I would need your expert suggestions, which is as follows: I am eligible to apply for ILR on 22/08/2021 (first day visa was granted + 5 years - 28 days). I also need to extend my dependents' Tier 2 visa, which expires on 28/09/2021 . I was wondering if I would hav...

Re: Earliest date to apply for ILR

Hi CR001, My apologies that I merged two topics into one. I will keep in mind henceforth. In regards to your comment It depends on where you are and what service you are prepared to pay for with ukcvas. I could do any of the core services either in London or Birmingham. Thanks again for your patience.

Earliest date to apply for ILR

Hi everyone, I can guess that these questions must have been asked many times before, but I would really appreciate if I could get some advice on the following two queries: Query 1: I am currently on Tier 2 (General) and will be completing 5 years on this visa soon. I know I am eligible to apply for...

Re: ILR application

Hi CR001, Thank you very much for your reply. So I guess that my point number 2 is not possible then? Can you please suggest what should I do then? The reason I want my ILR application to be processed as early as possible is because then I would need to extend my dependents Tier 2 visa and within th...

ILR application

Hi Everyone, I will complete 5 years via the Tier 2 PBS 5-year route on 28/09/21 and become eligible for ILR. I wish to apply 28 days before the expiry of my Tier 2 visa through the same day service. However, I have just found out that getting appointments for biometrics is difficult and I may end u...

Re: Main applicant eligible for ILR, dependents need Tier 2 PBS extension

Hi Zimba, Thanks for such a prompt and accurate reply. Just one more follow up question: 1. So the employer letter would be enough and I would not need a CoS or similar requirements for my own ILR? Do I need to ask the employer to mention anything specific within their letter? Thanks and it is amazi...

Main applicant eligible for ILR, dependents need Tier 2 PBS extension

Hi everyone, I am eligible for ILR in September 2021 via the Tier 2 PBS 5-year route.
