I searched and found that but it seems to only be people who applied on asylum grounds. Does anyone know which one I need?

Which Form to use to extend Discretionary Leave?

Hi, My husband has 3 years discretionary leave which he was given because he had overstayed but is married to me and we have children so they granted it because of our 'exceptional circumstances. When we apply to extend this for another three years, which form do we need to use? Thanks in advance...

Discretionary Leave affected by claiming Housing Benefit?

Hi, My husband was an overstayed a student visa but was granted 3 years discretionary leave based on his marriage to me. It is stated in his docutmentation that he is allowed to use public funds. He is working but we also claim housing benefit (in my name but he is of course mentioned on the forms)....
