Do you have a source for that timeframe or are you estimating? Just looking at the timeline thread it seems like most people havent been waiting more than 3 months.

Re: do I have to send in both passports?

I would sent both. All passports valid during residency must be sent. As said in the previous topic, I also have two nationalities and have used both passport to enter and leave Ireland, which means that immigration authorities are perfectly aware about a person with the same name and surname, date ...

Re: Passport returned with accompanying letter, but no receipt or application number?

4 months on average to get the passports returned, which means you will get yours soon.
I must have waited the longest, 5 months to be precise, and it was before Level 5 lockdown.

When I requested a copy of my file last year (it was not for a citizenship, but the process is pretty much the same) I received an acknowledgement that my request was received advising me that due to COVID th...

Re: Retention Advice Please!!!!!!

Yes. Your current permission was given to you to live with your EU husband or wife. As you've divorced, your permission is not valid anymore and you need to get a separate permission.

You must inform the citizenship about your divorce as well.

I sent both Russian and American passports, however since you're UK citizen, your UK passport will be enough as long it's valid at the time of signing the declaration. In my case ...

Posting contacts details of legal professional is not allowed on the forum.
Try better, or just wait until lock down ends and legal services providers reopen.

Re: Passport applications: paused?!

Renewals and first time applications for passports will not be accepted during Level 5 lockdown.
October is a long time ahead. Check the entry requirements of the country you wanted to go to. Most countries will allow entry with 3 months or less left before expiration.

Agree with littlerr.
Not to mention that you are expected to support yourselves when given Stamp 4, which allows you to work without any conditions. The chance of application getting refused is very high.

It doesn't matter where your employer is. Where you are is what does matter. When you are resident in Ireland and earning money while residing here, you are also a tax resident here and must declare your sources of income. Moreover if you are paid into any EU bank, you will asked to provide your pro...
