My HSMP app was sent in with my girlfriends, but they didn't see mine when they opened it, and now that they've found it they have date stamped it as having been received after my 28th birthday. When you all talk about the 'Date Approved', do they send you an e-mail to confirm that they have approved you? Or do you only find out what date you were approved when the documents arrive in the mail?
