Apparently, they will start offering priority service to existing applications soon, but unfortunately no date yet for new applications

Landlord (actual house owner) doesn’t live with us-his son does who technically is his dad’s tenant as well, so tenancy should be fine

I read housing report is rarely submitted (https://www.migrate.org.uk/housing-repo ... on-report/) and there is only 2 (myself and another tenant) people in 4 double bedroom house atm, 2 of which belong to us exclusively, do you think the report is still needed?

she studied for ielts academic for some time, so she would take that one (from British council website, I see either ielts life skills a1 or ielts ukvi academic listening and speaking 4 is accepted for spouse visa) and take life skills a1 as well for security, whichever she passes, we will submit it
