Many people didn't register account with UKVCAS because they knew booking system is closed. Are they going to use visa application date for this prioritisation (this would be sensible). They for sure know application data as when you call them, they have all application info from Home Office.

May I ask when was your initial appointment and in which centre plz? The documents they asked you to scan have you already scanned it to UKVCAS prior to HO emailing you? My initial appointment was end of March, delayed thrice to mid June. All for Croydon. I didn’t scan my whole passport for UKVCAS....

In my understanding: 1) There is no chance you will get curtailment letter for your old visa at this point.
