How will you enter back into UK when you are supposed to cut your ILR Brp and return it within 5 days of naturalisation?

Re: Application for British naturalisation: gap in employment + self employment questions

I applied as a director / self employed but salary was paid under PAYE. So gave that PAYE number, and did not send self assessment.
You can whatever you have and a letter from an accountant explaining your situation or that it is less than taxable threshold.

Re: Clarification on Skilled Worker Visa

It depends on the company.
Remember its always good to part on nice terms, as you need previous employers references in future or during background checks.
You may not get the salary settlement and pension transferred easily

Re: Potential breach of visa condition - consequences?

You can appeal with the email evidences that you have. If you have made honest efforts then home office will be lenient . In my experience they usually let go of the employees but punish the sponsor licence holders. They will also check your current sponsor whether you do the job/duties same as in y...

I am not a solicitor but have researched on this in the past. This is not a criminal conviction but you need to declare it somewhere so that you are not hiding anything.
Declare it as civil penalty.

Re: Resigning right after the ILR decision letter

I'm a Tier 2 General visa holder and I'm waiting for my ILR (Set O). Is the ILR valid from the moment I receive the decision letter, or do I have to wait for the BRP card to arrive? I am in a situation where I have to resign ASAP due to my notice period. Once I receive the decision letter, is it sa...

Yes. This is the address given in my wife's ILR approval letter. If you hold a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) which is no longer valid, either because your right to remain has expired or it has been superseded by a further grant, you must now return it to the Home Office. You should cut the card i...
