Re: Can GTV dependent work after visa expiry date, if an ILR biometric appointment has been made for date after visa exp

If she applied for extension before her leave expired, she is covered under section 3C, which allows her to stay on the condition of her last leave until the decision is made on her application; date of biometrics doesn't matter. Ask employer to do a right to work check via HO. Thank you @meself2 Y...

Can someone help with this? Still looking for an answer.
Will all the dependents also need to reapply for GTV while they still hold another valid PBS dependent visa (tier 2)?
Thanks
Yes, the dependents will also have to apply for GTV, along with the IHS surcharge.

Hi.. Yes, incidentally I was talking to someone who mentioned it only today. Not seeing it changing is perhaps because there has been no update?

Hi D,

I got the proforma pdf file for the first rejection however the appeal rejection was sent in an email without a prorfoma. I only got an email with the justification, there was no prorfoma attached. Are you sure for appeal response they send prorfoma pdf?

It is not identical in wording, but context is the same.
Are the evidences the same? If so, maybe you can use the "same logic" that you used last time, and hope they overturn it again this time?
