Re: IDV App - Anyone received approval yet?

Curious if anyone that submitted a Family Route application via the IDV app has received a decision yet? I have been searching forums and seen loads of people submitting via the IDV app, but not a lot (none actually) of approvals or decisions. I received an email from FLRM that my visa was approved...

Re: IHS Refund on Switching Visa

Curious if you got your refund?

I am going through something similar. Tier-2 ICT (expires in March 2025) switching to Spouse Visa that will expire in 2.5 years.

Re: Immigration Heath Surcharge - Switching Visas

Thank you, albeit a very frustrating response. I read that sometimes people get automatic refunds, my current visa expires in March 2025, so we paid 5-years of the IHS. Now with the Spouse-FLR M it is for 2.5 years so perhaps it might be worth trying for a refund. Low expectation though, this is the...

Immigration Heath Surcharge - Switching Visas

Hello, My Tier-2 ICT that was renewed at the end of March 2020. I was unfortunately made redundant in June 2020 and now have applied to switch for Family Route - Spouse Visa. I have not received my curtailment letter. We paid the Immigration Health Surcharge in March 2020 and I included the referenc...

FLR m spouse visa applied, can I travel

So I’ve got a whole question on this travel thing after you’ve submitted your application but before biometrics and an approval has been decided. I am currently on a Tier-2 ICT, was made redundant on June 19th, my company has NOT notified The Home Office, so I have NOT received my curtailment letter...

Tier 2 - ICT (Long Term Staff) - Furlough

Hello. Question related to furlough on Tier-2 Visas. I have been asked to be furlough for two months (April & May). I know the Home Office has allowed visas holders to be furloughed for more than four weeks, so I know I can accept the furlough for April. My concern is for May, as my new visa (st...
