mostly under compassionate/emergency health circumstances they’re allowing escelation, they ask for evidence to support the escelation.

oo okay, i’ve only received the automated reply from the escelation team, they haven’t asked for medical proof yet from me, i got my MP involved and sent her the medical proof hopefully she’s forwarded it to them. i’A you get a reply soon

with all respect to the Ukrainian crises, its just not fair what is happening with us.. my only argument is they said they’ve only suspended priority so they should be able to meet the standard timeline. I mean this is just an article but if it’s true then they should at least update it on the Gov.u...

i saw someone post on twitter yesterday that spouse visas are being delayed by an extra 4 weeks. So lets see? i mean hopefully it’s true and everyone gets their decision by week 16. i’A 🤲

yes but there’s people on here waiting over 12 weeks for their decisions, which is causing panic for all applicants as we are not aware if our applications are even being processed.
